So you arrive home after a hard days work and feel that you need to unwind and relax….You reach out for that glass of wine and often what will start out as one large glass will often turn into two or three….so what ?? Well collect the bottles up each week and then store them for the month and you will be shocked by how much wine you have really consumed. Our brains trick us into justifying things that are often not true or correct as we forget and ignore the extent to which we over due portions. So next time you arrive home after a tough day i want you to remeber these three things…….

  • CALORIES FROM ALCOHOL HAVE TO BE METABOLISED FIRST BEFORE ANYTHING ELSE. SO IF YOU EAT YOU WILL BE STORING THE CALORIES FORM THE MEAL  AS FAT.

 

So now i want you to help yourself by creating choices in life. Many actions become habitual and you naturally begin to open that bottle of wine even without thinking about it. So whats better than a glass of wine…..EXERCISE….incorpate exercise into you daily routine to help become more energised. This is not only a healthier option but also boosts your mood. Replace the urge to open a bottle of wine and change your choices available to you to achieve something more than sitting down on the sofa watching T.V………
