To perform in a state where performance is both natural and automatic making performance simply symbolises a significant level of excellence. To achieve this and optimise this concept is ultimately the most precious experience a sports person will have.

The key factor for every competitor is to be in a state of harmony whereby the body and mind are working synergistically. These psychological processes may contribute to a state of performance known as “flow”.
